Terms

1. Who you're buying from
The Family Close is created by Little Life Logic (littlelifelogic@gmail.com). Our full business details are in the Privacy Policy.
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the product to you as merchant of record and issues your invoice. Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
2. What you get
A digital download: The Family Close workbook for Google Sheets, links to the tutorial videos, the Prompt Pack and The Three Moves guide. You need a Google account to use the workbook. Nothing physical is shipped.
The download link appears on screen right after payment and is also emailed to you.
3. Price
The price is shown on the page and at checkout, including VAT. It's a one-off payment. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
4. Right of withdrawal and our refund promise
Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start downloading digital content, if you agreed to that at checkout.
We offer more than that: email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
5. How you may use it
You get a personal licence to use The Family Close for your own household. You may make copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the workbook, videos or guides, in whole or in part, or present them as your own.
6. Not financial advice
The Family Close is a spending analysis and educational tool. It describes what happened to your money and what it implies. It doesn't recommend financial products or actions, and it isn't financial, tax or legal advice. For decisions about mortgages, pensions, investments or tax, speak to a qualified adviser in your own country.
The results depend on the transactions you import. Check your numbers against your bank before relying on them. All figures shown in the workbook, videos and on this site belong to a sample family built for teaching.
7. Liability
We make the product carefully, but we can't guarantee it's free of errors or works with every bank's export format. If something doesn't work, email us and we'll help. If we can't fix it, the refund in section 4 applies.
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. None of this limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies, without taking away the protection you have under the law of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to sort it out.
