We decide what personal data is collected through this website and our Instagram account, and why. Under the GDPR that makes us the controller.
What we collect, why, and on what basis
When you message us or comment a keyword on Instagram. We use Inro to send automatic replies. It processes your Instagram username, profile name and the messages you exchange with us. We use them only to answer the request you started. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
When you buy The Family Close. Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the product to you as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and handles payment, VAT and the download. Payment card details never reach us. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver the product, handle refunds and answer questions. Legal basis: performing the contract, and our legal obligation to keep business records.
When you visit this website. The site is hosted by Netlify. The domain is registered with GoDaddy. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
When you play the video on this page. The demo video is hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Then the player loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube receives data such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.
When you email us. We use your email address and what you write only to reply.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where data leaves the EU, these providers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Instagram conversations: up to 12 months after the last message, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Purchase records: 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
- Emails: as long as needed to deal with your question, and no longer than 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email littlelifelogic@gmail.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. YouTube may store data on your device once you press play on the video.
